Customer Reviews : Great Experience From Start To Finish

This was the first time I have used N. Chasen and it was a great experience from start to finish. Every employee that I interacted with was customer focused and service oriented. The job was supposed to take one day so I had that day set aside but it ended up taking the better part of a day and then two half days. But to be honest, the scheduling worked out and the work was excellent. I called the first morning because I thought the painter would be here between 7:30 and 8:30 and it was after 8:30 so I called to check on him. I think he came about 8:45. But in the end, Im very pleased with the work and how good the repair work looks as well as the painting. Ive told so many people about my great experience and will call you again for the next project I have. Thank everyone for me.
