Very nice experience. Everyone was professional and courteous and the job was completed as requested. They even accommodated a last minute addition as well as a schedule change due to my illness.
Th workers were courteous and informative a great team.

This is the third job we have chosen N.Chasen to perform at our home. Their previous two jobs involved exterior painting and exterior trim repair work. All jobs were well estimated, started close or exactly to the day projected. The tradesmen really know their business. The third job involved sheetrock repair and room painting. It looks brand new. Preparation, taping, painting all done within the estimated two days. Not a speck of residual paint or plaster was left behind, they swept and vacuumed thoroughly. In todays environment, the tradesmen wore masks any time they came and went in the house and yard and spoke from a safe distance. Were very grateful for the fine quality work Chasen continues to provide over the past four years we have used them.
The painter had help from the family cat and was great with him
I am extremely pleased with Chasen's carpenter and painter on my exterior window repair. They were thorough, neat, and did a quality job. That's important to me. As a result, I am using them for another job on my house.
Very clean work, and generous in thinking about solutions for the inevitable challenges. What Chasen paints lasts twice as long as anyone else's work.
The overall quality of the work was great and I am extremely pleased with how the ceiling turned out. Main issue experienced was with the team on site not adhering to wearing masks as a precaution to prevent any potential for COVID-19 spread when inside my house painting. The site lead wore a mask most of the time but it was not covering his nose most of the time. The other worker on day two of the job showed up wearing a mask but removed when he started working and did not put it back on. I did make mention on day one that I would be wearing a mask and expected them to as well. Fortunately we did not get sick, but it did make me feel uncomfortable having the workers in my house without masks. I did not say anything because I was concerned that it may affect the quality of work. Again, overall I am pleased with the quality of work, but I wish the workers would have been considerate enough to adhere to COVID-19 precautions while working in my house.
I forget the mans name but he was great. Really appreciated him wearing his mask and working around us while we had to work from home.

Good experience through the whole process
Anthony and Jonathan were exceptional with their painting skills and outstanding customer service. Not only did we receive professional service we feel we made very special friendships with both gentlemen. Thank You!!!
I was very pleased with my experience and will gladly recommend N. Chasen and Son in the future. They dont make you feel pressured during any phase of the process and are considerate at every touch point. Dont believe there is a better option in the area.
Always impressed with the overall quality of work and professionalism. Canât say enough good things about Jason too.
