We were very pleased overall with the service provided. Martin, the on-site foreman for the second half of the project was a delight to work with. I must say I am disappointed with the end result visually on the painted steps; Shane indicated the non-slip additive in the floor paint was effective but not visible; I would recommend showing a painted sample to future customers - the grit in the paint is highly visible. Also, when wiping up a spill with a paper towel left fibers stuck to the grit. Its something we can live with due to safety factors, but I fear it will have to be refinished when the time comes to sell the house.
