N Chasen is my go-to source for painting and light carpentry and has been for about 20 years. They are consistently punctual, reliable and competent. (the estimation for this last job performed was days later than the usual same day/next day service N Chasen usually provides. I had to call to request the project quote. Not too big a deal but not the usual.
